Guangxi (廣西)
Posted On Monday, October 8, 2001 at at 12:27 AM by AlvinGuangxi (廣西) was a Chinese Province located on the Western part of China and it shared the boarder with Vietnam. Guangxi was famous for the karst mountain formations and river scenery. We spent a week traveling up and down the Li River (漓江) and visited a few interesting cities such as Guilin (桂林) and Liuzhou (柳州).
The different incredible karst formations sculpted by wind and rain resembled different animals which included such interesting examples as The Elephant Trunk Hill and of course the Camel Hill below.
