Seeing my name card at Bangkok Airport Arrivals being held up by the lady driver, brought back a sense of deja vu, almost three years had passed since this happened ! We took no time though, in settling back in to the life of Pad Thai, a coconut by the beach, swimming all day and a Ballantine's soda at sunset time, yay ! The feeling was overwhelmingly one of relief - balmy weather, mask-free outings, long slow lunches and a chance to explore more of South East Asia at a REALLY leisure pace as we decided to spend a few months to get away from the hustle and bustle of our home environment and embarked on this journey of total relaxation carefree life.
